Cancellation Policy
Hello valued clients,
I wanted to inform you of my updated appointment policy to ensure the best service for all my clients. Please take note of the following:
- No refunds for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- Reschedules will be accommodated if you're up to 10 minutes late. If more than 10 minutes, a no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. If the card payment fails, you will be placed on the ban list until the fee is paid.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the set appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 90%.
